Accounts & Admin Officer – SKS Foundation – Gaibandha

Job Responsibilities
As a member of the project team s/he will be responsible for the following tasks:
Overall management of the project budget and financial resources with good internal control and risk management.
Ensure fund utilisation of the project as per organisational policy, donor and government requirements and as per approved plan and budget for the project.
Ensure all accounting and financial documents, transection history supported with evidence, proper record keeping as per policy and agreement with donor.
Facilitate timely purchase and supply of materials/inputs needed for implementation of the project activities and ensure required compliance in the process.
Review project budget and monitor financial progress to inform project manager of the financial status for necessary actions.
Coordinate with senior management of SKS Foundation on the Finance side to receive necessary guidance and technical advice to deal with fund management, government regulation, reporting and auditing.
Maintain office filing, inventory and storage systems with proper documentation, security, and accessibility.
Make field visits to see work in progress and take care of day-to-day admin support and payments of bills and vouchers with required supporting documents.

Educational Requirements
M.Com/MBS/B.Com/BBS from a recognized University.
Experience Requirements
At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements
Both males and females are allowed to apply
At least 5 years progressively responsible professional work experience with NGOs in managing account.
Experience in working with consortium approach would be an added advantage.
Have good computer skill in MS Excel.
