Senior Manager, Food & Beverage – Dhaka – Aarong

Job Description / Responsibility
Supervise daily Café operations and ensure compliance with all F&B policies, standards and procedures for
multiple cafe operation in Aarong outlet
Supervise staffing levels to ensure that excellent customer service, operational needs, and
financial objectives are met
Regularly review and evaluate the degree of customer satisfaction and execute action plan to adjust if
Lliaison with different support departments of the organization to ensure smooth operations of the Café
Work on reviewing constantly menu selection, food costs, wastage & inventory control and overall team experience Understand, implement and train team on quality service delivery
Conduct on the job training (OJT) for existing and new staff of café

Job Nature

Educational Requirements
Masters in any discipline from any recognized university/ Graduate in any discipline with Diploma in F&B (MBA in Hotel Management/ PGD in F&B will be given preference).
3rd division/class/CGPA below 2.0 in any academic examinations will not be considered.

Experience Requirements
5 to 8 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
Age 30 to 40 year(s)
5 – 8 years experience in Café operations with 3 years experience in similar position
Must have a good track record on relevant industry; sound knowledge in food preparation, quality assurance, chain restaurant operations and standard service of restaurant.
