Should be Masters in Business Administration (major in Human Resources preferably at the both level of BBA & MBA) having at least CGPA:4.50 on a scale of 5.00 and CGPA: 3.25 on a scale of 4.00 in their academic career from well reputed universities (i. e. Dhaka University, Jahangirnagar University, North South University etc.).

Working experience of 1 – 2 years in the relevant/ progressive HR fields with any reputed bank/FI or other organizations is helpful. Fresh candidates with high academic attainment and/or English medium background in the relevant discipline are also encouraged to apply.
Candidates must have strong interpersonal and analytical skills; demonstrated leadership qualities; ability to adapt and respond positively to change. Excellent command over written English including strong computer skills is must.
