Executive – Sales & Marketing – Samarah Development Ltd

Job Description / Responsibility
Sell all Products (Flats & Commercial Spaces) of Company.
Achieve Company’s goal through direct Marketing Digital Marketing, Database Marketing and Tele Marketing.
Respond to the clients query at office and over telephone.
Collect booking money and down payment from the new clients.
provide the clients the payment schedule (subject to management approval)
Coordinate with collection and customer service departments to provide smooth and quality services to the clients.
Providing support on occasions of promotional events.
Correspondence with site about status of project.
Keep all relevant knowledge and information about the features of project.
Do all kinds of needful to meet individual sales target.
Accelerate action plan to identify potential market/client along with new sales opportunity.
Establish guideline to develop effective Marketing & Sales strategy.
Achieve company revenue and profit target with proper planing and execution.
Any other activities as and when required by the management.

Job Nature

Educational Requirements
Graduation/ Masters (BBA, MBA in Marketing will be preferable) from renown University.

Experience Requirements
1 to 3 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Corporate Marketing, Customer Support/Client Service, Public Relation, Sales, Tele Marketing
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate, Developer

Additional Job Requirements
Age 25 to 35 year(s) At Least 1-3 Years experience at related job.
