Job Description / Responsibility
• Plan, develop, and lead the marketing efforts for dedicated brands in FMCG, WATCH and other consumer durable items.
• Develop strategic plan and execute as per agreed Business Plan.
• Closely monitor and analyze sales volumes, market share trends and competitive activity.
• Sales forecasting, sales promotion planning of watch Marketing & Sales.
• Assist in developing and executing promotional initiatives to profitably increase consumption within budgeted parameters.
• Coordinate product management and/or cost reduction projects with internal and external resources to achieve results.
• Assist in the identification and development of business development ideas and works with other business unit team members to execute the plans that meet the ROI criteria.
• Develop sales team to improve their competencies (functional & managerial).
• Liaise and negotiate with foreign principals in respect of product development leading to business growth.
Master degree from a premier local institute with MBA Preferably major in marketing.
• 5 to 6 year(s)
• Age 30 to 35 year(s)
• 5-6 years hands-on experience in Consumer durables/FMCG products with at least 3 years in mid management position.
• Knowledge of showroom/outlet based managerial experience shall be preferred.
• Superior inter-personal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong leadership quality to manage a big team of 100 workforces.
• Very strong approach to Systems and processes.
• Superior commercial acumen.
