Job Description / Responsibility
Coordinating requests and procurement for all departments considering availability price and quality.
Visiting the market and representative of companies to gather information on products and prices.
Maintaining file for literature and brochures of standard hotel equipment and supplies.
Instructing clearing agent on customs clearance of imported goods.
Handling the bank requirements letter of credit related to the orders placed.
Preparing reports on status of requisition received against purchases carried out and other reports.
Supervises the purchasing department staff spot checks on their work
Carrying out other occasional duties related to the scope of the job as requested.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.
B Com/ B B A in Accounting .
