Job Description / Responsibility
Develop business and marketing plan and strategies
Plan and carry out direct sales target and Monitor, review as well as report on all sales activities.
Visit the potential customer on a regular basis and establish a good relationships with valued clients
Keep the management update on periodical sales progress.
Incumbent must be target oriented, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Ability to work independently and will have the ability to lead a team
Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions;
Conducting market research and observe the Competitor strategy to develop own foot-print
Incumbent should have well communication and presentation skill
Graduate in any discipline (preferably Business Graduate BBA, MBA) from any reputed UGC approved university. Technical Background will get preference.

As per organizational policy after successful completion of six months probation period the employee will be awarded with regular salary scale, two festival bonus, yearly increment etc.
