Job Description / Responsibility
MITALI TRIMS LTD, is a sister concern of Mitali Group. It is a well reputed organization for Manufacturing, Supplying & Marketing of Garments related Accessories (Thread ,Hang Tag, Price tag, Plastic/ poly bag, Carton, Back board, Photo Board , Sticker, Lebel, Twill Tape, Elastic, Rip, Drawstring, Eyelet washer etc). Currently we are looking for a Competent, Energetic, Confident, Proactive, Good Leadership, Positive attitude & result oriented, excellent interpersonal communication skills in English & Bengali with computer skill & strong sense of responsibilities and self-motivated incumbents Sr. Executive/ Executive for Marketing /Sales, rapid expansion, Promotion, Supervision and to smooth run the organization.
The Applicant needs to be very strong garments accessories marketing knowledge, needs to have self-marketing skill.
To develop and maintain customers, set up sales network.
To Analyze the market and survey its potential.
To emphasize service and promote positive relation in every counter.
Collect purchase orders to achieve the sales target in an estimated period.
To develop strategies, tactics, sales plan and profit targets.
To be able to create new clients and to maintain good business relation with the existing clients.
Follow up on Developments, Samples and Production with a high degree of personal responsibility.
Co-ordinate product management and/or cost reduction projects with internal and external resources to achieve results. Generating revenue by increasing sales through successful marketing by using market research, pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising and public relations.
Closely monitor and analyze sales volumes, market share trends and competitive activity.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related result as needed.
Maintain full process of order processing from order receive to deliver and document to payment collection.
Work closely with the research and creative agencies to gather consumer and customer insight and develop campaigns necessary for the brand.
Identifies market potential with existing vendors and keep trying to add new retailers and vendor.
Co-ordinate with the buyers and production unit, team member, managements to ensure on time shipment and 100% quality approval.
Follow-up the delivery status.
Correspondence with the prospective clients.
To attain the customer complain & Satisfactions.
Meeting customers regularly and ensure them a satisfactory service even after sales completed.
To Follow-up the L/C, UD collection from the customer.

Job Nature

Educational Requirements
Masters or MBA (Marketing).
Educational qualification might be relaxed for candidate who has enough experience.

Well conversant with computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook & Internet).
