Job Description / Responsibility
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Administer and impart the sales training programs to ensure maximizing effectiveness of sales people of company as well as Dealers` aiming at attaining the sales target.
Conduct initial need analysis to determine knowledge gaps and training needs.
Work with senior sales officials to develop training programs.
Schedule all the training programs based on identified training needs, company’s business goals, or changes in products, procedures, or services.
Develop all instructional materials, training aids, handouts and evaluation forms.
Direct, motivate, and develop employees by maximizing their individual contributions, their professional growth, and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.
Establish and cultivate collaborative relationships among sales people, business clients and business partners within and outside of the company.
Prepare annual training budget, schedule expenditures, analyze variances and initiate corrective actions.
Conduct induction/orientation sessions for the new hires.
Provide performance feedback to the management
Graduate in Mechanical/ Automobile Engineering or Post graduate in Business Administration/ Social Science/ Education from any recognized university of home or abroad.

Additional Job Requirements
Age 30 to 45 year(s)
8- 10 years practical experience with a proven track record in managing sales training & development efforts which includes at least 3 years in Automobile/ FMCG/ Pharmaceutical industries.
Familiar with a various field’s concepts, practices and procedures.
Previous sales experience is desired, but not required.
Knowledge of Automobile Industries is preferred.
