• Review online profile images & context, utilizing knowledge of local culture, to deduce user age & demographic.
• Evaluate, label and identify patterns in user profiles.
• Serve customer’s query and complain quickly according to guideline.
• Provide suggestions to improve the process and workflows.
• Candidate should be able to work for 24/7 Operation (Especially male candidate has to perform late evening till 1 pm and night shift).
• Quickest response to different types customer queries through messenger/chat/comment/posts
• Maintain quality services following organization standards.
• Meet personal and team targets coordinating with team members and supervisors
