Architectural planning & Preparing preliminary architectural drawing.
Calculation of FAR, MGC, Seatback.
Preparing sheet for RAJUK / Other Authorities.
Clear concept on Interior & Exterior drawing & design;
Capability of modern and contemporary world interior & exterior architectural trend.
3D visualization of Residential & Commercial Building.
Membership of respected professional institute.
Delivering drawings as per work schedule
Meeting with client and site supervision.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture
Public Or Reputed Private University (Public University is preferable)

Experience Requirements
At least 3 year(s)
Additional Requirements
The Candidate must have minimum 03 years of Job Experience from Architectural Background
Should be smart, proactive & dedicated.
