Job Responsibilities
Responsible for business development of Masterbatch product especially in corporate sectors
To take all necessary initiatives to develop corporate channel of masterbatch.
Market analysis and proposing sales target and operating sales promotion
To conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitors’ activities and continuously search for new opportunities to increase masterbatch corporate sales
To develop strategies for all level, maintaining overall marketing.
Present and future market trend of Bangladesh of masterbatch products and suggesting for the marketing policy.
To lead a marketing team to achieve periodical target
Must submit daily/ weekly/monthly activities report to the top management.

Educational Requirements
Minimum Graduation from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements
5 to 10 year(s)

Age at least 28 years

Must have Masterbatch Sales related experience.
