Job Description / Responsibility
• To handle customers in a professional manner.
• Maintain all daily logs properly.
• To provide feedback to the supervisor/manager on issues and challenges with respect to his/her job and suggest solutions.
• To follow the company’ business code of conduct
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Handle calls as well as assist customers who have specific inquiries.
• Build customer’s interest in the services and products offered by the company.
• Provide personalized customer service on the highest level.
• Exhibit the right attitude when answering calls and always maintain patience.
• Ensure caller satisfaction in every encounter.
• Apply the elements of building positive rapport with different types of customers over the phone.
