Job Description / Responsibility
• To ensure customer support/ Product Deliver within lowest possible time.
• To attain all telephone calls, & mail corresponding.
• Communicate with the customer regular & timely.
• Make product delivery as per client’s requirement & after delivery confirm & update customer.
• Responsible for receive all kind of product.
• Handover the faulty product to Product In Out Maintain Section
• Receive & Data Entry in the register book (Currier Details )
• Return Physical damages product with proof
• Sales return related document filing & Handover it to the customer.
• Informed to The Branches RMA Person Related there product.
• Prepared a report & informed to the Delivery Person.
• Provide Report regularly to Service Manager.
• Protect service center from product missing & mishandling of office equipment
• Update & store all service documents.
• Keep knowledge of all new models of products & ensure spares in advance.
• Good co-operation with other colleagues to ensure maximum output of the staff.
• Everyday contact with RMA Manager.
• Prepare Daily, weekly & monthly report.
• Maintain Currier chalan & related document
• Communicate with the engineer team regularly & timely.

• 0 to 2 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Face-to-Face Customer Support, Customer Support through Phone, Tele Marketing, Online (web/e-mail) Support
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Automobile, Call Center, Cellular Phone Operator, Computer Hardware/Network Companies, E-commerce, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, ISP, IT Enabled Service, Telecommunication, Wholesale

Job Requirements
• Age 23 to 30 year(s)
• At least 1-2 years experiences in to relevant field.
• Should be smart, energetic with excellent interpersonal & communication skills in Bangla & English.
• Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, E-mail, Internet, etc.).
• Ability to work under pressure, cope with stress and stay calm in a crisis.
• Have to be Active & Punctual.
• Good learning ability, self motivated and team player.
• Motivation skill.
• High energy and multi-task oriented
• Be respectful
