Job Responsibilities
Coordinate with clients and team members through effective leadership to ensure completion of projects
Send timely works decisions and follow-up with concerned Architects, Procurement and the Engineering department for respective Client and Landowner related issues
Quality Assurance of ongoing and completed projects and follow-up
Prepare financial statements costing, verification and credit realization of Interior Design work
Co-ordinate with Engineering regarding various Post-Handover issues for completed sites
Handle miscellaneous general services (Financial Issues, Site-visit etc.)

Educational Requirements
Graduate from any reputed University, preferably with Business Major
Skills Required: MS Office
Experience Requirements
2 to 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements
Age 23 to 28 years
Solid understanding of the real estate sector
Excellent command over English, both written and verbal
Strong personal organization and project management abilities
Innovative spirit and self-driven
Expert in analytics and diagnostics
A good eye for aesthetics
