Executive, Customer Support – BRACNet Limited

Job Context
We are looking for young, energetic and self-motivated personnel. The candidate must be proficient in English.

Job Responsibilities
Ensure 24/7 availability to reach BRACNet.
Receiving phone call of clients.
Done primary troubleshoot within the scope and escalated when required.
Generating complain ticket which contains all details of client problem and forward it to the concerning department.
Closely monitoring BRACNet network. Generate tickets, SMS for internal communication and contact with vendors (NTTN, IIG, LSPs, Operators etc.).
Working with all departments (Technical, Sales, Billing, Admin, Store etc.), zonal and field engineers for coordinating the overall task to be done successfully.
Attend every query / complain mail in a timely manner, reply / escalate within minimum possible time.
Follow up every closed ticket with clients and continuing the process until the client makes happy.
Any other task assigned by management.
