Job Responsibilities
• Prepare and conduct in-house training programs on MOS through analysing information provided by consultants and secondary data/materials in order to impart knowledge and skills to relevant stakeholders
• Implement new MOS practices & processes to the production floor and carryout special MOS projects through continuous improvements in order to facilitate the smooth functioning of the production flow
• Prepare and generate MOS information regarding lean implementation status through Reports, Graphs, and Visual Display in order to deliver, improvements in production floor and facilitate management decisions
• Coordinate, record and publicize relevant information of MOS Meetings through the intranet in order to transfer knowledge
• Evaluate Value Streams along with Team Leaders in order to ensure all elements and requirements of modules are in place and train Work Study and Value Stream Supervisors in key techniques for Value Stream improvement
• Prepare Visual Displays for factory information after agreement on requirements with relevant management. Carry out data collection and analysis to help resolve PDCA problems identified by management
• Knowledge about in C,C++,C#, Java, PHP,CSS,HTML language
• Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management
