Job Responsibilities
Execute the marketing and sales for achieving the organizational goal.
Establish and maintain effective business relationship with existing and potential customers to reach the given target.
Visit potential and existing customers to communicate about product, solutions, services and assess requirements in order to ensure increased sales volume by understanding the customer needs.
Identification and development of sales network and its operation to strengthen the sales channel.
Prepare and submit proposal as per client requirements.
Achieve company’s sales target set by the management and prepare periodic statement accordingly.
Coordinate with service department to provide smooth and quality services to the clients.
Analyze competitor’s strategy & behavior, business performance, product performance of each segment and prepare counter strategy reports.
Collect and analyze the data for preparing marketing strategy.
Maintaining and increasing sales volume of company’s different brand products & Solution.
Provides target vs. sales results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports.
Provide timely & structured feedback from trade, customers & competitor
Set an implement the business strategies for the business to attain its goal, ensure repetitive customers, volume sales and increased footfall.
Drive to achieve the targeted sales and profit margin percentage according to the yearly budget.
Work closely with Sales team while generating new ideas, developing and implementing any marketing plan, organizing events.
Support sales team with customer data and survey reports to ensure market positioning and coordinate with them to ensure better communication to reach out the targeted customer base.
Perform any other job as per decision by the Top Management.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in EEE
B.Sc. Engineering from any reputed University.
MBA with Engineering would add extra value
Khulna University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

Age 22 to 28 years
Both males and females are allowed to apply
Good Computer literacy is must especially in MS Office and E-communication.
Should have pleasant personality with unique way of approach to achieve the target.
Should have good physical fitness and passion for sales job.
Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English.
Capable of sound reporting for executing management decision.
Driving motorcycle/ Car will be an added advantage.
Candidates must have the ability to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
An ability to work independently and as a team.
