Executive/ Sr. Executive – Payroll (HR) – FORTIS GROUP

Job Responsibilities
Collaborates closely with the HR Manager to identify payroll needs.
Maintain a workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
HR operation using KORMEE attendance payroll software system.
Maintain and update all employee information, files, and documents, personal details, position, salary, appraisal outcomes, leave records, Final Settlement of separated employees, and awards by KORMEE.
Check and reconcile employee information to input in Biometric software.
Prepare & submit software-generated reports such as employee’s daily attendance, late, absent, early leaving, Manual correction, leave, active/inactive employee, hired and separated report or any other report as and when required.
Payslip and all other letters issuing by software.
Final settlement with accounts.
Provide information as per Audit / Buyer requirements.
Able to handle attendance machine for retrieving data.
Provide manual support on work as and when required.
Performing other HR-related issues assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
Preferred Professional Certification: Post Graduate Diploma in HRM is preferred
Experience Requirements
2 to 3 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies, HRM, Payroll

Additional Requirements
Must have a working knowledge of Payroll software (Kormee)
Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint
Should have knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 & Labor rules 2015
The applicants should have working experience in the Garments, Textile factory
Ability to Report Writing and Record-Keeping
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
