Send Shipping advice to customers after receiving entire details as well as Local Shipper within 24 hours of feeder sailing
Dispatch documents to customers within 7 days of Feeder Vessel sailing & send through e-mail the same
Prepare PL statement for customer's Accounts in a weekly basis and submit it to all concerns
Maintain register & Desktop register on daily basis
Attend all overseas queries regarding documentation and meet the queries immediately after receiving the mail
