Handle all administrative HR responsibilities, including documentation, handling personnel records, analyzes trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies
Disciplinary issues such as show cause, warning, investigation/inquiry, separation, etc.
Training & development and Appraisal.
Deal with complex sensitive day to day people management issues
Work towards employer of choice by identifying talent drivers
Promote HR systems and act as an ambassador for company while targeting higher talent retention
Monitor exit interviews, analyse the trend and design people plan
Manage payroll system
Conduct weekly meetings with respective business units.
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Attendance & leave management.
Separation, retirement, final settlement, etc.
Store, housekeeping and related works.
Various reports on HR & Administrative works.
Any other assignment was given by the superior.

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Major in HR, Management or relevant discipline from any reputed university.
