Educational Requirements
Higher level qualification or degree (preferably Masters), Business Administration. development studies, health, anthropology, statistics or relevant social science fields. with Knowledge, Innovation and Monitoring Skill will get more priority.

Experience Requirements
At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in supporting of research, knowledge management, Innovation and monitoring and evaluation systems.
Professional research experience, or strong background of multi-disciplinary academic research in related or transferable skill areas. This should include both qualitative and quantitative research.
Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English and Bengali
IT Proficiency: Microsoft Excel proficiency, use of Google-Drive/One-Drive is a must for this role
Practical experience of digital tools for data analysis and monitoring
Excellent interpersonal communications skills and willingness to immerse within a multicultural team
Demonstrable lateral thinking and problem-solving abilities
Strong report writing capabilities, and able to condense information from multiple sources to a relatable format.
Experience in developing concept notes/proposals, ToCs and Logframes.
