Job Responsibilities
Collect design from Designer and prepare for Tech Pack or production file.
Follow up production as per production T & A (Time & Action);
Estimate costing & prepare per-cost sheet;
Negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers about price & other issues;
Develop new technique & design on embellishment or wash;
Maintain all approval process prior to production & testing as required;
Follow up production and required embellishment;
Negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers about price and other issues;
Maintain required database and prepare necessary reports & presentation;
Maintain sourcing of sub-contact, prepare work order and ensure on time bill payment of sub-contract;
Communicate with production along with Printing, Embroidery, Washing to maintain on time completion;

Educational Requirements
BA (Hon’s) in AMT from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements
3 to 4 year(s)

Additional Requirements
Age 28 to 30 years
Good English communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
Working experience in woven Merchandising with retail fashion bran.
Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
Self-driven to work under pressure and creative & self-motivated to take new initiatives.
Used to work in a fast paced design environment.
Identify problems and recommend solutions.
Strong sense of fashion and curiosity and current market knowledge.
Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
The applicant should have at least 1 year working experience in large woven factory;
