Project Assistant – Enroute International Limited

Job Responsibilities
Provide general assistance in the implementation of project activities in close coordination with upazila Health Coordinators, Senior Programme Assistants and National programme officer.
Support the organization, Logistics and coordination of meetings, workshops, training events and conferences at the field and district level.
Support workshops to revitalize the existing Community Groups (CG) at the community clinics in Cox’s Bazar.
Support systematic referrals of patients from the community clinics to higher-level facilities, establish a proper communication channel and track the referral outcomes.
Support workshops to build the capacity of the CGs to manage the community clinics and to functionalise the existing Community Support Groups (three groups under each community clinic) to enhance community mobilization, awareness-raising and utilization of health and GBV care services.
Regularly communicate with government health facilities to make appointment and exchange routine information including but not limited to health activities and community meetings.
Contribute to the collection, analysing of health data and prepare project related report.
Undertake regular field visit to project sites to monitor progress of activities including the construction and rehabilitation of facilities and provide feedback on field trips as required.
Participate and take note in different meetings.
Follow up and coordinate with Infrastructure team of IOM for construction related activities at various

Educational Requirements
University Degree from accredited academic Institution in Social Science/Public Health/developmental studies or other relevant fields.
Experience Requirements
At least 2 year(s)

Additional Requirements
At least two years of experience in health programmes, preferably with international organizations.
Good in written communication in English and Bangla
Computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Power point
Strong interpersonal skills.
Knowledge and experience of working in public health sector in humanitarian crisis situation will be an added advantage.
Previous work in Government health system under the Upazila Health System (UHS) will add value the position.
Working experience in Cox’s Bazar district and/or knowledge of the Undocumented Myanmar Nationals and Rohingya refugees will be a plus.
