Job Context
We are a fast-growing ICT company and are actively looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and experienced personnel to join our winning team as Executive or Sr. Executive, Sales & Marketing.
The contenders must have work experience in the ISP industry in a similar position. Also excellent technical understanding of this sector.
Candidates must be able to prove that you can quickly comprehend engineering and technical issues.

Job Responsibilities
Analyzing the market to find the prospects based on the available product lines considering the assigned target.
Constantly review and improve the various sales activity metrics which lead to sales growth.
Set sales targets and plan accordingly and take initiatives to hit the target.
Meet monthly sales targets through the company’s Sales Plan.
Regular follow-up with existing / potential clients regarding payment and service/support as well as to gain new revenue.
Visit the market, hunt new clients & dealers, and act to create new market opportunities, and report to the line manager on regular basis maintain long-term business relationships with existing clients, and follow up post-sale to ensure that your customers received the benefits they sought with our solutions.
Increase sales by developing new customers.
Right attitudes for promoting company’s product and brand image.
To maintain the daily, monthly & quarterly sales report.
Able to cope with constant changes in a challenging environment.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor degree in Marketing/CSE/EEE
Experience Requirements
1 to 2 year(s)
