Store Officer – Spectra International Limited

Job Responsibilities
Receiving item-wise products as per delivery challan/packing list
Inspect items and products for any breakages or damages.
Verify all the incoming material according to SOP
Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
Ensure delivery of products as per approved requisition note
Verify all the daily In/Out activity and reconcile with project allotments & rectify the error if any.
Ensure the implementation of Inventory management system.
Keeping inventory Software up-to-date with real-time system entry of all in/out activities
keep the store organized and in the fine image (cleaning – nice displaying, decoration etc.).
Maintain store assets (computers, security systems, POS, etc.)
Ensure weekly reporting to the management as per the prescribed formats
Any other task assigned by the management as deemed necessary

Diploma in Engineering in Electrical or Mechanical
Experience Requirements
At least 1 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Inventory Manageemnt, Store Management

Additional Requirements
Age 22 to 35 years
Only males are allowed to apply
Experienced in using ERP Software & dealing with MGPL products is preferable.
Good English Speaking and writing skills, Competent in Office applications (word, excel, power-point) & using Outlook, Reporting skills, Good Coordination, Communication, and leadership skills.
