Job Description / Responsibility
Prepare the Lesson Plan
Conduct the classes of undergraduate level
Prepare the Questions for semester exams
Instructs courses at undergraduate and graduate levels.
Designs, prepares and develops teaching materials.
Prepares, administers and grades exam papers, assignments and reports.
Prepares and modifies the course syllabus and course outlines.
Conducts research in different areas and publishes findings in scholarly journals.
Assesses students which include setting and marking assignments, class tests and term papers/project works.
Performs academic administration & other activities as required (exam proctoring, viva conducting, registration duty etc).
Meets with and reports the activities to the Program Director/Coordinator/Head and Dean.
Supervises the students’ for their research activities leading to higher degrees.
Provides counseling to the students
Maintains class room discipline.
Serves in different activities, undertake extra-curricular, corporate and community service activities of the university.
Participates as a member of the Thesis/Report Defense panel.
Acts as a member of Internship Supervision Committee for the final semester students.
Checks answer scripts and posts students’ grades on the web.
Undertakes any other duties as determined by the Program Director and the Vice Chancellor.
Performs other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

Job Nature

Educational Requirements
Master`s Degree in relevant discipline.
Minimum GPA 4.00 on a 5-point scale for SSC & HSC/O & A levels .
CGPA 3.50 on a 4-point scale at Bachelor and Master`s levels.

Additional Job Requirements
Age below or equal to 30 year(s)
Candidates with Foreign degree and experience will get preference.
Good Communication in English
Teaching Experience is not essential but preferred.
