Fleet Manager – Abdul Monem Limited

Job Description / Responsibility
Manage all aspects of the Company’s fleet operation.
Enforce fleet operation policies and procedures.
Ensure judicious and economic use of the available resources with maximum output.
Maintains record of available resources
Ensures and coordinates of repairs and maintenance of all equipments
Ensures availability of spares
Ensures selection of reliable vendors through comparison of quotations.
Ensures cost reduction
Ensures compliance with government rules and regulations
Responsible for administration and coordination of fuel management and consumption
Ensures maintenance of Log Book and records related to fleet operation
Ascertain and disseminate KPI for all especially on fleet usage, like fuel cost vis a vis output
Prepares fleet maintenance plan and ensures its compliance

Job Nature

Educational Requirements
B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering; preferably from BUET

Experience Requirements
Minimum 6 year(s)

Project Management
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Engineering Firms
