Job Description / Responsibility
Check the works and maintain ISO standard checklist to meet the quality assurances
Preparation of quality checklist for Pre and Post Construction works
Ensure the quality of materials as well as quality of work
Prepare of Construction Safety manual and Training provided to the workers
Prepare Floor Load Plan as per BNBC 2006
Coordinate with Construction manager, Contractor and Foreman to meet the quality of work
Directly report to the head of construction
Day to day meeting with all site personnel to minimize the accident
Develop the program of work and strategy for making the project happen
Planning ahead to prevent problems on site before they occur
Make safety inspections of the site when work is underway and ensuring regulations relating to health, safety and the environment
Oversee the running of several projects
Use construction management software MS projects to plan smooth work flows
Communicate with a range of people including the client, subcontractors, suppliers, the public and the workforce

Job Nature

Educational Requirements
B Sc in Civil Engineering from a reputed University

Experience Requirements
Minimum 8 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
Should have at least 8 yrs proven experience in relevant field
Excellent communication both written & speaking in English
Familiar with MS Office
