Job Responsibilities
The candidate should have clear concept/experience in Structural and Construction work of apartment building
The candidate will be responsible to implement the project as per design
Ensure completion of project on time and within allocated budget
Strong follow up and persuasive skills
Ability to run the construction project independently
Responsible for leading the Project/ Construction
Provide timely feedback or report to the management on project related performance
Capable to run the complete construction management
Able to prepare work and project completion schedule
Ensure work done at site as per design and drawing
Project store and stock maintenance
Any other task assigned by management
Ensure adequate manning to complete the project within time.
Participate in Quality Control of the project.
Solving construction difficulties & carry out cost estimation.
Cooperation with design, marketing, procurement and accounts departments.

Educational Requirements
Diploma in Civil Engineering from any recognized institution with at least 05 years hand on experience from piling work to handover the apartment building.
Experience Requirements
At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements
Age 28 to 35 years
Should have a ‘Can-do’ attitude all time.
Adequate supervision experience about construction site in building project.
Good communication skill.
Excellent interpersonal skill.
Self motivated & self driven.
Result oriented approach.
Ability to work under pressure.

Well conversant with MS Office applications, internet browsing etc.
