Job Responsibilities
Conducting multimedia classroom training to audience of size 25-50 trainees.
Training Schedule 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Excellent and Fluent Presentation Skill.
Strong knowledge in Basic Computer Fundamental, Networking, Microsoft Office, Hardware & Troubleshooting.
Capable to take exam of size 25-50 trainees.
Communicate & Co-ordinate with trainees.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science
Completion Certificate for any other vocational courses related to servicing of desktop PCs, printer and scanner
Preferred Professional Certification: CompTIA IT,CompTIAA+,Associate Electronics Technician from ETA

Age 25 to 40 years

3 years or above experience in providing technical on-site and remote services for Desktop Computers and its peripherals, out of which 2 years should be for professional clients (both Corporate and Government).
At least one (1) experience in preparation of service documentation in order to enable other service staff to provide ongoing support.
At least one (1) experience in conducting multi-locational technical services for large Government or Corporate client, with responsibility of handling more than 50 professional users.
Experience of logging and prioritizing faults and queries and generation of service reports.
Demonstrated experience of excellent customer service skills and explaining technical problems and solutions in both English and Bangla language.
Demonstrated experience to handle challenges related to corrupted files, hard drive crashes, outdated hardware, failed operating systems, computer viruses etc.
