Managing the work of a third-party Repair Company.
Controlling the repair capacity.
Controlling the after-sale costs

Experience Requirements
Minimum 3 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
Age 22 year(s) and over
Minimal 3-year experience of brand customer service manager in related industry
Deep understanding of after-sale standards and management process of mobile phone
Good interpersonal communication skills
Business and customer oriented
Fluent in English and Bangla and capable of using them in daily jobs
