Job Description / Responsibility
To assist in recruitment process, competency check & recordkeeping.
To maintain employee files and the HR filing system;
To conduct employee orientation, development, and training logistics and recordkeeping;
To monitor employee’s safety, welfare, and health reporting;
To deal with workers complaint and suggestions, rights, benefits, compensation and provide counseling.
To initiate activities of Worker’s Welfare Committee & build a healthy relationship between workers & management.
To provide assistance in buyer’s visits and compliance & technical audits.
Establish and maintain a peaceful Industrial Relation amongst management and workers.
Other duties as assigned.
