Job Description / Responsibility
Responsible to make and implement HR polices as per local & BEPZA laws and different buyers` code of conducts.
Should have sound knowledge on Labor Laws and ILO convention relevant to RMG sector in Bangladesh.
Responsible for Recruitment, Selection, Placement, Compensation/Benefits, Health & Safety etc.
Handling Disciplinary & Grievance & Employee relation issues as per law.
To monitor training/awareness on regular basis.
Maintain relationship with Compliance Auditors, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Authorities, Local Influences and Labour Federation etc.
Deal with legal matters like- GD Entry, FIR etc.
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with elected members, providing professional, pragmatic advice and support on all matters relating to Human Resources. Work as strategic partner with all other Unit of the Organization.
Develop a high performance service culture, continuously monitoring and improving systems and processes
Bachelor (Four Years)/ Masters (Business/ HRM/ Management will be preferred)

Minimum 10 years of experience in the field of Human Resources for large work force;
Dynamic and self-motivated candidate.
Ability to work in a team with a strong focus on results.
Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
Impeccable financial integrity.
Excellent communication skills both in English and Bengali.
Proficient in use of computers and reporting by proper presentation.
Fair and positive work attitude.
Good analytical ability and problem solving skills with excellent interpersonal relations.
Should have good knowledge and practice on ISO standard Human Resource Management
