• We Badhan Corporation Ltd. are a well Reputed 100% Export Oriented Woven (Bottom) Garments Factory looking for employees for the following post: Security In-Charge
• Factory: Zamgara, Earpur Union, Ashulia, Dhaka. Bangladesh

Job Description / Responsibility
• Responsible for the efficient and effective management of all aspects of the security section.
• Overall responsibility for all the security staffs activities.
• To manage and provide effective leadership to the security team and ensure that resources are appropriately and efficiently allocated to key areas of work and those priorities are always covered adequately.
• All physical security to all the factories of the Group security policy.
• All training needs are identified and processed promptly and are undertaken at the appropriate time.
• To maintain the Security Operations Manual up to date for use by all on-site security personnel to cover duties, individual instructions for each post; attendance; use of security equipment; dress standard; training etc.
• Initiate all security clearances and maintain appropriate records.
• Be aware of the Fire and Emergency procedures, and departments responsibility in an emergency.
• Have to handle about security audit like C-TPAT, GSV, Supply chain security (SCS) etc.

Job Nature

Educational Requirements
• Minimum HSC or Equivalent
• Educational Qualification may be relaxed for highly experienced and target oriented candidate.

• 2 to 3 year(s)

• Age 40 to 45 year(s)

• Retired Army Junior Commission Officer
• Enthusiastic and committed approach with a track record of building strong, trusted base relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
• Sound working knowledge of security best practice and legislation affecting the Security role.
• Strong management and leadership skills together with excellent communication, Influencing, negotiating and engagement skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently.
