Sr. Production Manager / Factory Manager – Cut to Ship – Narayanganj – Fakir Apparels Ltd

Job Description / Responsibility
Responsible for the total RMG operations in a single RMG Division.
To control, monitor and manage every sequence of Cutting, Sewing and Finishing of the manufacturing process in the assigned RMG Division.
To maintain the quality of work.
To ensure the delivery of the products within the stipulated time frame through a proper production plan.
To make a production pattern, and to ensure the production according to that pattern and to take initiative to dissolve the deficiencies if there is any.
To monitor the activities of the sub-ordinates, to inspire them and to report the senior authority about the production progression.
To carry out the Trial Production Meeting before the initiation of a new style with the DPMs, APMs, Q.C. Manager, Rooming Q.C., Mechanic, Electrician and Maintenance Manager to fix the Production Target after ‘Time Study’ for Pilot Production when the sample is approved.
To ensure the making, maintaining and keeping of all of the relevant and necessary reports, documents and records of every level of process of every section of Store, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, Washing, Packing and also of quality buyer inspection until shipment.
To maintain decent, clean and safe job environment in the factory.
To execute other duties consigned by the authority time to time
KPI to develop:
Cut to Ship ratio would be 1:1
Efficiency % improvement
Productivity improvement
Wastage % reduction
Cost control
NPT% reduction.
On time delivery
Customers’ Satisfaction.

Job Nature

Educational Requirements
B.Sc in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) from reputed university.

Experience Requirements
Minimum 8 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
Age below or equal to 40 year(s)
Only males are allowed to apply.
Capable to maintain minimum 50 (fifty) sewing lines
Updated knowledge on sewing technology, garments quality
Modern methods used in sewing floor.
Management skill.
