Job Description / Responsibility
The Incumbent should be target oriented and handling , managing & developing restaurant business.
The Incumbent must have experienced in cafe, Pastry & bakery outlet.
To supervise the production of bakery items, generally using the recipes and procedures established at the corporate level
The Incumbent oversees the purchasing of food supplies and might design product displays for the bakery department.
The Incumbent provides necessary employee training on store policies and procedures, develops weekly work schedules, and supervises employee work output.
To create team environments by handling employee issues and modeling appropriate behavior and performance.
Applicants should have graduation/ Post graduation degree with related experience or degree in food service management or related subject
