Job Description / Responsibility
To manage day to day administrative work.
Responsible for looking after all the administrative aspects of the organization and its facilities
Assist management in investigating frauds, robbery or any undesired activities;
Organize administrative activities, procedures, practices, and work methods to increase work efficiency.
Maintain and control all admin issues i.e. Utility services, accommodation, transportation, office equipment & tools, safety & security.
Perform any administrative work assigned by the Management.
Prepare different HR report as per management requirement.
Ensure the control mechanism of administration.
Keep all employees personal record & upgrade time-to-time
BBA/MBA/ Masters in any discipline; may be waived for candidates having proper experiences.

Additional Job Requirements
Excellent communication & computer skill.
Must have fluent in English
The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self driven & have good personality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a must.
Should be good in letter drafting in English & Bangla.
