Admin/Personal Manager – Sawftex Ltd.

Job Responsibilities
Personal staff of Chairman, for all purpose.
Coordinate all office activities of Chairman.
Maintain confidentiality to the highest level.
Arrange and fix schedule of appointments and meeting of Chairman. Maintain diary of all appointments and meetings and keep Chairman updated.
Update/remind Chairman about his day to day activities.
Drafting letter, memo, proposals, reports and making daily correspondence, email as per instruction/dictation and/or own initiative.
To maintain all files in reference to the Chairman.
Coordinate with other members of Management as per direction of Chairman.
Report directly to the Chairman and remain responsible for all purpose.
Maintain database of all important phone number, e-mail address and contact address of important persons, organizations.
Arrange visa, booking ticket, hotels for foreign & domestic travel.
Maintain & keep record of Chairman personal funds.
Any other task as assigned by Chairman.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HR and Admin
Experience Requirements
At least 3 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Administration, HR

Additional Requirements
Age 25 to 35 years
Only females are allowed to apply
Proven ability to work under pressure and for extended hour.
Excellent command over both Bengali and English language (reading, speaking and writing).
Experience must be in related position.
Pro-active, smart, self-motivated and disciplined.
Must be efficient in typing/composing in both English and Bengali.
Good computer literacy especially in MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Power Point.
Must be honest and pious.
