AGM/ DGM – Admin – Nice Denim Mills Limited

Job Responsibilities
Should have sound knowledge and excellent track record to execute overall factory operations and Admin, HR & Compliance activities
Supervise and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating employee welfare
Supervise and manage employee relation affairs, including staff discipline, grievances and other related activities
Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals and absenteeism rates etc.
Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations etc.)
To follow up and ensure proper Housekeeping, Fire, Health & Safety of the office premises.
To handle Disciplinary Action, Grievance, and employee relation issues.
To communicate with BTMA, BGMEA, Compliance Auditors, Fire & Civil defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, Local Influences and Labor Federation etc.
To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.

Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience Requirements
12 to 15 year(s)

Additional Requirements
Age 40 to 45 years

Must have very good computer skill on Microsoft Excel based data management.
Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
Excellent in inter-personal & communication skills.
Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
