Job Responsibilities
Develop & maintain strong business relationship with all influencer’s and sales referrals.
Manage the credit/receivables as per company policy.
Developing a balanced dealer network and recruit new dealers.
Reporting on all sorts of market competitors activities.
Attaining category/SKU wise monthly sales and collection targets.
Ensure brand visibility through proper display across all outlets.
Ensure proactive efforts to resolve all customer issues and complaints.
Continuing effort for each market points share growth contrasting with market volume.
Ensuring all field performance reports & initiating action to improve sales capacity.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor degree in any discipline
Business from any graduation/ Engineering graduates preferable.

Experience Requirements
7 to 10 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Dealer development, Dealer Management, Dealer Sales and Marketing, Handling Distributors or Dealers, Sales & Marketing
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Automobile, Battery, Storage cell, Cement, Electric Wire/Cable, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Furniture, Group of Companies, Mobile Accessories, Steel, Tiles/Ceramic, Tobacco

Additional Requirements
Age at least 26 years
Only males are allowed to apply
At least 2 years experience as an Area Manager level will get extra privileges
Must have experience in dealer Management
Educational qualification may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates
Candidates experienced on selling electronics product will get preference
Outstanding organizational and sales skills
