Assistant Manager (ISO & Compliance) – Akij Group

Job Responsibilities
Implement different types of ISO certification according to the needs of the organization.
Organizing different types of training as per ISO requirement and implementation.
Maintain various types of documentation for ISO certification as per compliance.
Ensure internal assessment and management review.
Ensure documentation, implementation and maintain the management systems to achieve certificates in international standards.
Develop standardized manual, policies, procedures (SOPS), documents, register, form, formats, audit checklist, work instructions, objectives, Targets and flowchart etc.
Identify risks, opportunities, aspects, impact, gap and making reports to comply standards with best practice
Coordinate & conduct session on awareness, trainings in guidelines and requirements of
quality, environment, health and safety systems with social compliance issues

Educational Requirements
The candidate must have a master’s degree in any discipline from any public university.
Experience Requirements
6 to 8 year(s)

Additional Requirements
Age at most 35 years
Candidates should have a minimum of 6-8 years of practical experience in ISO implementation with 3+ years in managerial role.
Strong analytical ability, interpersonal relationship, written & verbally communication and people management skill.
Well-organized & strategic thinker
The mentality of working with the team.
Leadership & problem-solving skills
Advance knowledge in MS office suite.
