Job Description / Responsibility
Basically we are looking for customer affairs officer for our sister concern company ‘LIRA Import Limited’ which is a retail and e-commerce based company specialising on beauty products including but not limited to Cosmetics, toiletries, skincare items. We are looking for customer care officers for our online platform (www.liraimportltd.com). The responsibility would include replying customer s through Facebook messaging and over phone, entering data on our online system, doing some minor administrative work including checking stock, helping in assorting products, maintaining data.
Candidates must at least be graduate
• Age 18 to 30 year(s)
• Only females are allowed to apply.
• Our office hours are from 10.00 am- 8.00 pm with one day off.
• Therefore we discourage candidates who are in part time study or those who have time limitations.

• Candidate must have good command over English and Bangla
• Candidate must have the skill of working in a team
• Candidate must be extrovert in nature and must have good pronunciation
• Candidates must have good typing skill and must be able to browse internet properly.
• Candidate must be flexible in timing
• Candidates having Knowledge over beauty products will get preference.
