Job Context
We are looking for DGM/ GM – HR, Admin & Compliance.

Job Responsibilities
Manpower planning, reviewing and accordingly recruit the required manpower as per recruitment policy.
Analyze, plan and execute Training & Development for skill improvement and motivation of the employees.
Job analysis and preparation of job description of staff.
Take care of labor disputes and disciplinary matters.
Ensure legal compliance of policies, procedures, termination, dismissal and compensation etc.
Maintain overall safety and security.
Look after general administration & Compliance issues.
Ensure good housekeeping, cleaning and hygienic matter of the factory.
Operation of HR software i.e. attendance, leave, payroll etc.
Ensure factory Compliance, Quality Management System & continual improvement.
Review the employee performance time to time and take necessary action.
Any other assignment given time to time by the management.

Educational Requirements
MBA (HRM)/ Masters in any discipline with PGD in HRM.
Experience Requirements
At least 10 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Compliance, Factory HR Administration
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Tiles/Ceramic

Additional Requirements
Age at most 40 years
Must stay in factory premises.
Experienced on any reputed manufacturing/heavy industry (Factory Level).
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): General HR, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation/Benefits, Attendance, Leave Management, Factory HR Administration, Training & Development, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, HRIS / HR Database Management, Performance & Career Management & in-house training.
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing industry (Factory Level).
He must have thorough knowledge of labor law/ labor rules/ code of conduct.
The incumbent should be able to handle any adverse local/labor unrest situation.
Must have experience dealing with law enforcing agency.
Computer conversant & must have sound communication skills.
