Job Responsibilities
Stay on top of trends, timely events, and upcoming title launches to seize on proactive opportunities for the contents
Deep understanding of content market in, familiar with most recent trending videos and music consumed by young and netizens audiences
Partner with talent, PR reps, and influencers to effectively set context and build trust
Monitoring local video and music content ecosystem, collaborate with analytics team to improve the diversity of contents, give feedback/guidelines to operations to acquire right content needed for the platforms
Cooperate with product managers to create innovative content strategy to drive usage on the platform
Research, identify and initiate potential partnership opportunities based on content and business needs
Find out problems, provide insights to content development by analyzing data and make adjustments to build a creator friendly content platforms
Develop, deploy and lead creator/singer/musician/producer/content maker/label acquisition strategies to onboard them across different categories & communities onto the platforms
Manage relationships with institutions, agencies, production houses and communities to onboard creators/singers/musicians/producers/content makers/labels
Track and analyze performance of creators’/musicians acquisition strategies including number of creators/musicians on-boarded, content creations, engagement and audience growth
Unearth creator insights from creator acquisition efforts that can be used by internal teams to drive community growth
Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners to develop and implement creative ways to improve creators/singers/musicians/producers/content makers’/labels relationships and drive strategic community growth
Solicit, organize, and contextualize feedback from creators/singers/ musicians/ producers/ content makers/labels
Execute, refine and enhance video content dubbing strategy within respective verticals
Work closely with respective dubbing teams to ensure that all relevant contents are dubbed in local language and are of right standard

Educational Requirements
BBA/BSc and/or MBA/MS with major in Marketing/ Finance/ Computer Science/ Telecom Engineering/ Business Policy & Strategy from any UGC approved university
Experience Requirements
3 to 4 year(s)

Additional Requirements
At least 3-4 years working experience within telecom sector with proven track record of at least 2 years in content production/making areas/video content management
Good understanding of the telecommunication industry, digital market landscape and environment
Sound knowledge in video contents and content management functions
Good analytics and problem solving ability
Willingness to take educated risks and think out of the box
Adaptability and resilience to quick changes in priorities, technology, tools and workflow.
Strong knowledge in digital asset management, product & pricing
Experience in content development lifecycle
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
Team-player who operates in a fast paced team-oriented setting
Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information
