Job Description / Responsibility
Assist in develop and implementation of Company’s policy, procedure, rules & regulations
Handle Travel Management including Visa Processing, Ticketing, Hotel Reservation and Airport Protocol for Honorable Chairman/Managing Directors/Directors & others
Ensure Vehicle Registration, Insurance, Tax Token, Fitness, yearly renewal process and related legal issues;
Managing vehicle fuel, movement, regular servicing, Monthly Fleet Report and maintenance;
Supervision of Drivers, transport log book, bill, voucher, allowance etc;
Vehicle registration, taxation, fitness, insurance etc initiative and related legal issues;
Participate in organization development activities
Making internal and external correspondences
Provide professional greetings, maintain messages and obtain necessary information, receiving VIP visitors.
Prepare and send different business letters to different overseas and local companies/ embassies, disburse official letter, report etc.
Implement security/housekeeping policy and improve existing system.
Periodic monitoring activities in line with agreed work plan and work timeline.
Any other responsibilities as per management discretion
Bachelor Degree from any reputed University (Public University will preferable)
Minimum 2 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
Age 25 year(s) and over
Must have working experience in large group of companies in Visa and Transport related activities
Excellent communication skill in English & Bengali
Willingness to take pressure and accomplish task within due time
