Job Description / Responsibility
Assist to correspondence with buyers and various compliance monitoring agencies as and when required.
Assist to conduct Social Compliance, Technical/ Quality Control, C-TPAT, FCCA, SCS, GSV audit.
Assist to prepare CAP based on External, Internal, First party & third party’s audit observation.
Assist to follow up & to ensure timely implementation of all CAP given.
To prepare different MIS report and maintain documentation as required.
Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time.
MBA (HRM)/ Master degree in any discipline with PGDHRM from any reputed institute.
Diploma in Social Compliance will be an added advantage

The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory HR Administration, General HR, HRIS/HR Database Management, Labor Union Management, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Organization Development/Process Improvement
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Buying House
Additional Job Requirements
Report writing skill in English is mandatory.
Having 3-4 years working experience in any reputed Garments / Textile Group.
Should be able to work under pressure and for long time.
Strong oral and written communication skills, action oriented approach to work.
Willingness to visit factories frequently as and when required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a must.
