Job Responsibilities
• Have to advise & formulate employee motivation factors, counseling, grievance and labor handling, stress, conflict management etc. in a productive manner.
• Take care of labor disputes and disciplinary matters.
• Maintain overall safety and security.
• Look after general administration & Compliance issues.
• Ensure good housekeeping, cleaning and hygienic matter of the factory.
• Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence
• To ensure regular supply of all utility services.
• Prepare and maintain weekly & monthly Factory Administration reports.
• Planning, control and maintenance of office transports, office equipment, property, assets and other movable and immovable properties.
• To manage and resolve any emergency incident or crisis.
• Maintain duty roaster for the factory employees
• Play the role of higher management on their absence
• Supervise & train up the subordinates.
• Advice for upgrade machinery equipment builds up.
• Ensure that products in conformity with preset standards.
• Analyze Production process at every stages of production to reduce wastage as per Delivery Targets.
• Ensure continuous cost improvement for product competitiveness.
• Continuous plan and follow up of cost cut steps to meet target. Managing wastage & reduce as per standard.
• Maximize output per shift (Operation Management System), utilization of machines Capacity and manpower and material usage to meet agreed standard.
• Ensuring efficiency optimization of each & every process of the plant.
• Design, implement & facilitate Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly and annual Production plans.
• Work closely with the Directors; establish key performance indicators to facilitate the monitoring of production performance for the areas under his control.
• To prepare production planning.
• Handling section in-charge, supervisor & worker properly.
• To control production cost reducing wastage as well as proper utilization of manpower.
• To check standard output of finished goods as per materials consumption.
• To check & maintain log book used in production floor.
