Job Responsibilities
Must have sound knowledge about Local/Export Auto Label & packaging production Process .
Must the proactive & professional with 10 years of experience in production operations .
Must have practical experience to do make the production schedule .
In depth of practical knowledge about the AUTO LABEL & PACKAGING related machineries such as 4-9 Color UV Flexo/Rotary Intermittent printing machine, Heidelberg offset machine, Screen printing, Flat bed die cut machine , Hot stamping machine & other packaging related machineries .
should have Merit of managing all aspects of printing jobs ,in an independent fashion which includes planning & scheduling resources, manpower management ,resource administration, procurement of necessary etc.
Good knowledge of English language a must & computer literacy with MS Word, Excel and power point .
should have excellent power about trouble shooting & team building skills along with strong analytical & organizational qualities .

Ability to work as independently & responsible .
Good knowledge of waste reduction and ink mixture will be an added value .
Catering to need of all marketing requirement & providing them with right samples/Packaging at right cost as per the company strategies .
Must have knowledge about training and education the workers at the plant about the requirements and standards to be followed for the jobs being produced .
Initiative & implementation of total productive manufacturing ,resulting in an increase of the production , savings in production cost as well as through effective use of the rotation method of defect & rejection
Having experience on ERP System .
