Job Responsibilities
Supervising/ monitoring and follow-up quality of the Cosmetics product in manufacturing.
Supervise production as per customer’s requirement followed by quality as per specification.
Preparation of test solutions, Volumetric Solutions & its standardization.
Calibration of QC Equipment
Defining QA strategy, approach and execution in development projects.
Provide technical expertise in Test Automation, Testing Methodologies, Testing Processes, Tools and Techniques across the teams.
Reduce rejection/ Reworks.
Laboratory analytical process development, Preparation of SOP, Testing Procedure, Specification etc.
Perform quality testing and document test result, log all the defect, and track it to closure.
Work on improving best practices in Test Management & in Quality Assurance Process
Participating in gap analysis, risk management & management and document upgrading activity related to quality.
Participate & Conduct validation activities of process.
Ensure Proper Documentations as per requirement of ISO 900:2015 (QMS & FSSC/HACCP)
Ensure GMP (Good manufacturing Practice) Compliance
Ensuring technical compliance in quality requirements.
Maintaining proper & systematic general documentation.
Active involvement in Pre-Production Meeting (PPM)
Ensure inspection in every steps.
To ensure that the quality management system conforms to the requirements of International Standard.
To ensure the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization.
To ensure that the integrity of the quality management system is maintained when changes to the quality management system are planned and implemented.

Educational Requirements
Master/ Bachelor of Science from any public university in Chemistry, Biochemistry, microbial science, Biological Science, Biology or Applied Chemistry.

Experience Requirements
At least 8 year(s)
